So today I got lost on my way to OHOP. The Original House of Pancakes is not nearly as good as IHOP. Also, I used a quarter of a tank of gas and almost ended up in Grapevine, Texas. Then my Health Science 3 class all went to the mall for like an hour and a half. I genuinely tried to buy something, but I am terrible at spending my money. I just don't like parting with my cold hard cash. I have one more blog of my high school career left. This is crazy.

The most important aspect of friendship is loyalty. So many many people these days are only friends to your face, or when it comes down to helping you out, they back out. There are too many fair weather friends. I'm not interested in that. Loyalty is what makes a friendship persevere.

I feel like this is a question that can't be answered with a simple yes or no. Yes, the media is highly intrusive in people's lives but some of those people have to realize what it means to be a public figure (see: Politicians). When one is a political figure they have to accept that their lives are going to pried into because they must be analyzed. People need to know who is running their towns, cities, states, and countries. So to some degree it is important that the media is so intrusive. When it comes to celebrities, it doesn't seem quite so fair. They aren't doing anything that says I should see how they live their lives. They're just writing music or acting in movies, they aren't in positions of extreme power. As members of the media we have a responsibility to report on things that are actually newsworthy. It shouldn't matter where Brad and Angelina took a vacation, but rather how our political candidates match up their ethical claims with their lifestyles.

When I experience a setback I take the April Joyner approach to my problems and personify them. Then I kill them. Setbacks tell their setback children scary stories about me before they go to sleep. I DESTROY SETBACKS. QUAKE WITH FEAR SETBACKS. QUAKE WITH FEAR.

Today I received a million messages from people asking me why RHTV wasn't on. So verdict: People complain about RHTV when it airs, and then complain about it when it doesn't air. PICK ONE. Ugh. It frustrates me how under appreciated we are most of the time. I'm not saying we need to be worshipped for our televised prowess, but not being jerks about all of our work would be nice.

I normally would jump at a blog like this. I love writing poems. However, right now my mind is more focused on speeches on the rights of individuals and biased unfair hierarchy, and awful teachers (not you). So here is a haiku I wrote awhile back about my life: I am really fat I am going to stop eating Wait are those cookies

The purpose of space exploration is the understanding of the universe. Science is the poetry of reality. It is so very very important to understand how small of a speck we are in relation to the entirety of the universe. I'll include a picture that will better explain just how numerous the vast number of other galaxies are and how far the universe stretches around us. In this image alone, taken by Hubble, there are around 10,000 or more galaxies.
